Sessions and pricing are based on increments of time. The longer the session, the longer the meditation, which will allow you to achieve a deeper awareness of a higher consciousness of self-healing.

Reiki is also called 'palm healing' or 'hands-on healing' as a form of alternative medicine. Reiki is a spiritual practice developed in 1922 by Japanese Buddhist Mikao Usui. It has been adopted by various teaching methods and many traditions. Practitioners believe that they are transferring universal life force energy (Qi) through the palms. This allows the body to heal and have a state of equilibrium and balance throughout the entire body.
Bonnie has adapted the traditional reiki method to go beyond and connect with heaven and earth. Bonnie's method is to go into a trance state of meditation, opening up her magnetic field of the universe, feeling the energy that surrounds her aura field that expands into a mystical force that takes over and connects her with heaven and earth and a great love for all of humanity. She believes that God is sending this healing energy to her, and she is receiving this energy and transferring it to her clients, which is how the name "Beyond Bonnie's Hands" was created.
Bonnie starts each session by clearing the stagnant energy and opening up the chakras. She includes light shaking for relaxation, light tapping or touching to stir up the energy, and light or heavy Acupressure if needed. Bonnie uses the warm healing energy from her hands to surround your body and soul with universal, loving healing energy that flows from her heart. This is more of the Japanese and Korean methods. A win-win for Bonnie as she feels the blessing of being healed as well.
Beyond Bonnie's Hands Reiki is a very beneficial technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes self-healing. It is a wonderful therapy for those going through cancer treatment, colon problems, abdominal pain, eye issues/strain/pain, breathing problems, headache, back issues, leg pain, knee pain, joint pain, feet issues, hand pain, throat issues, heart issues, and many more.
In a typical whole-body Beyond Bonnie's Hands Reiki treatment, you lie down, fully clothed, relax to sound vibration and calming music while Bonnie performs the energy healing. Treatment is usually carried out without any unnecessary talking. You will notice warmth or tingling in the area being treated. Most clients experience a state of deep relaxation, continuing with a feeling of well-being. You may experience emotional releases such as crying or laughing; this is normal. A series of three or more treatments will stimulate the body's natural healing process. Loose, comfortable clothing with socks is usually worn.
